👍👍 The Burg is free to visit and has access straight from a parking area just below. I visited on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely bright and sunny day and from the higher points there was an impressive view.

Trotz dass es am Tag zuvor ohne Ende Regen gab ,waren die Wege gut begehbar.
Wenig Menschen Unterwegs und eine schöne kleine Abendrunde zur Entspannung und abschalten vom Stressigen Alltag .

😐 Today's remains on a hill deceive the original extent of the castle. The outer bailey was left to nature and is now almost invisible. As you can read on the information board on site, it was built to protect silver mining and was given as a fief by the Zähringer family to the von Keppenbach family....
