👍👍 The Burg is free to visit and has access straight from a parking area just below. I visited on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely bright and sunny day and from the higher points there was an impressive view.

As you can read on the information board on site, it was built to protect silver mining and was given as a fief by the Zähringer family to the von Keppenbach family....
