😠 Terrible! 3 weeks ago I sent an email to cancel my account, unfortunately I can't have a membership at the moment, but I still don't have any answer. While that, my money is getting take from my bank account. Also, I try to call everyday, but nobody answer. Really don't know what do do!!!

😠 Lures with good price on day ticket for the Hop on / off buses, but it was not possible to buy a day ticket but only a ticket that was valid for two days, so twice as expensive in other words than promised.
