👍 For the most part, the staff is very attentive, the only thing is that there are 8 or 10 boxes to collect and only 2 or 3 working.

😐 They lack in customer service, the people that work for other companies (edecanes) give you better attention than walmart employees. Building was hot with no air conditioning... one of the cashiers was rude not answering a simple question and ignoring me after saying something not even related to m...

👍👍 There is ACTUALLY a Wal-Mart in Guatemala!!! Found everything I needed and true to form as in the U.S. it's difficult to find what you need. Can be done though, just takes longer as usual. So plan some time to walk around here.

👍👍 Nice place to buy everything, the staff is very friendly and has several areas to find different products, it has 3 levels in which we find baby clothes, for young children, for adults, and also a home area where we find beds, bedding etc. Also we can find the kitchen area and many more areas.

😠 100 years of experience but terrible service, a ring was sent to be made since July, they kept calling constantly and never got a response, they said they would call back later, etc. Finally it was confirmed that the ring was ready only to be told the following week that it had not yet been engraved...
