😠 The psychiatrists in here are so unprofessional and ignorant . Some of the nurses are nice but like I said the psychiatrists don’t listen and give u the wrong medication. They treat u like dirt and don’t listen

😠 8hrs in the waiting room, not even into ER. Elderly woman visibly shaking in the hard plastic chair beside me. No access to food or water, nothing. No information. Inhumane. Our healthcare system should be absolutely appalled with itself. Shameful.

😠 Made whole host of promises on what could be done but yet to deliver on any of them. Very expensive mistake in more ways than one. Absolutely would not recommend. Feel very let down.

😠 Can never get on the phone with someone. The answering machine says it is closed but the opening hours published on the website say it's opening. The nurses are fantastic but the receptionist has 'checked out'

😠 Called for an emergency on a Sunday and didn’t get any help. The phone operator was rude, unprofessional and if you are not a native speaker will let you die.

😠 The receptionists are a pack of idiots, they gave me an appointment 1 week in advance, i turn up and they say the appointment never existed and now i have to come back again next week, employ proper staff who can do the job properly please.

😠 I would appreciate it if you can please add the main primary care centre number as it would be easier. I've been searching, calling and being transferred to different departments and still have not yet been able to contact the primary care unit. It's very irritating.
