The receptionists are a pack of idiots, they gave me an appointment 1 week in advance, i turn up and they say the appointment never existed and now i have to come back again next week, employ proper staff who can do the job properly please.

This is the worst practicioners I've ever dealt with cant get in contact with none of them and when I finally did after 2 hours the reception starts roaring verbal abuse at me on the phone it's a bloody disgrace

Absolute Farce paid to see my GP and had to pay an additional €30 to get bloods when they were free the year previous due to after care now I had to pay another €30 just to get said results ? Disgraceful carry on I could call an ambulance have the whole lot done in the hospital and pay 10 euros less

Don't know how this practitioner is operating absolute joke of a place its a circus... rang to get an appointment for my wife no help what's so ever rude on the phone and ignorent and hung up the phone before I could make an appointment for what I thought was a serious matter which resulted my wife to go to the A&E.. Don't know how there running there

They don't answer the phone money seems to be their first priority medical care second priority

I got my bloods done there in 2019 my cholesterol was really high they didn't even ring me to let me know l only found this out today 5 year's later
