πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great walks and stunning views south and north along the Dublin coastline. Super for walking with a dog off lead and socialising with other dogs. Tea rooms with water bowls for dogs was a perfect end to the walk as well.

Killiney Hill Playground
Playground
😐 It's a nice place but the playground is a bit simple. No bathrooms close for children and no bins for rubbish around either. It hasn't many things for kids to play so I wouldn't go often. I would only pass by if we want to go on a quick hike on the hill.

1909 Restaurant & Wine Bar
Seafood restaurant
πŸ‘ Nice restaurant set in a period building in the Main Street of Dalkey. They offer regular Irish pub grub and some other European dishes. Food was nice but not excellent. Our server, while very professional, was a bit overbearing and very impersonal. They also had a β€œvoluntary” 10% tip which we didn...

😠 The most racist place I've ever witnessed in Ireland. It was just a pleasant evening where me and my friend ordered a piazza for takeaway but the owner and his staff took us, where he asked us to leave the place, once we got out pizza after 45 minutes. When we were just asking for an explanation abo...

Gourmet grocery store
😐 I'd have rated this place a 5 if we could have eaten off proper plates. This is essentially a takeaway with some indoor seating. Salads were fresh and very tasty as were our chickpea rolls. However it's all served up in takeaway containers very very much anti all the environmental rules. Signs on...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The large car park very popular with walkers, and climbers at Dalkey Quarry. At weekends all available car spaces quickly occupied. As dogs are allowed off lead, the popularity of the car park is well known.
