👍👍 Portmarnock Beach is a Blue Flag beach in North County Dublin. Fingal Council have provided excellent changing facilites, public toilets, and patrolling lifeguards at setbtimes during day. Best time to visit is before 11am and after 5pm on weekends as its gets very crowded in summer months. The beac...

👍👍 I love to go for a swimming in this place, the water is brilliant, not cold as I expected! If the weather is nice can be very busy and the perfect place to jump to the water too. You can park around the area and walk to the beach.

Whiterock
Beach
👍👍 The most beautiful sandy beach with limited amount of stones. To actually get to the beach there are a lot of steep steps so not ideal for someone with limited mobility. Street parking is about 20min walk away but on a nice day you wouldn't even feel the walk. I'd highly recommend

👍👍 3 generations of my family and I spent many many hours at Dollymount. We swam, walked the length of the beach , took picnics down there ,and enjoyed it so much. Living in Smoky Birmingham going to stay with Nana in Raheny was better than some of my most exotic holidays Mexico Saudi Arabia xxx

😐 I’ve seen better beaches. We went when the tide was high so there was no place to walk or roam around. The parking was free and there were a lot of fish and chips restaurants around. The port nearby had a good place to walk and enjoy the scenes. There was a playground nearby too
