I wanted to get it cleaned and tightened but could not find anywhere that I felt comfortable doing so - until I came here. Staff were incredibly kind and compassionate....

😠 I left my watch in for a new battery...I was asked to come back the next day...It was not ready when I called back...when I did call back again I was told it was not a battery issue but rather something to do with the mechanics and it would cost 75 euros to repair...the sports watch only cost me 50...
