😠 108 phonecalls to reception and still no answer. Third time this has happened and 2 of those times ended up in A&e because receptionist could not be bothered to get off Facebook or too busy with her kids behind reception desk to answer the phone. Would not recommend!

😠 Those receptionists need a shake and need to stop taking the phone off the hook! That's how nobody can get through, and Yes I've seen them doing it with my own eyes. Need some new staff!!!!
