😠 The woman in charge is so rude, impolite and unfriendly, I'm still waiting for my refund because she cancelled my booking without my permission,she even spoke badly to me saying I was non educated and I was daft to understand her explanation, imagine that!!! 👍 Nice accommodation in an old palace, clean, stylish, big rooms, but small bathroom, shower is on the wc! Not a real living room. Was no hot water at arrival, came later. Michelle, the manager, is very nice and helpful. Very good localisation on top of Siena. Full of bars and restaurants nearby, so.....
