😠 This is the worst buying experience I have ever had. The sales s lady made no sense of what she was telling me and she did not even wanted to test the device before selling it. OMG I only purchased the device because I was in a hurry. I will never come back to this store

👍 Competent staff, expect to wait in a line at times when entering, but you get through in a timely manner.

🫤 The outage policy for credit is ridiculous. I was out of service for 2 whole day and because you don't want to give me a rebate you ensured that the issue is resolved before the 3rd day so that I will not get any credit.

😠 Well I've paid for their services from Monday and I was told it would be installed by Tuesday. However it's Saturday and I am yet to get a call. This is crazy and when you call them it goes straight to voicemail.
