👍👍 I used FedEx (HTW Rd) to send a package 📦 for the first time yesterday. It was a pleasant surprise 🙂 to know that Customer Service is still alive! They were exceptional, from start to finish. I WILL be doing business with them - kudos to staff, especially the female security who was extremely help...

😠 Dhl have a very poor customer service...when I say very I mean very..... a package was send to me on the 20 of August up until today sep 20 I'm yet to receive it....most communications where made by me....I send emails they went no reply talk to customers service they will return my call I waited...

👍👍 Love love Fedex! They are fast and efficient. Sending packages are expensive but I love the fact that they give a 50% discount on Wednesdays.
