サーキットトレーニングは予約なしでけるときぷらっと、約30分で終われるのが子育て中の自分には都合がいい
即効性で短期間には大きな変化はないと思いつつ通ってますが、間開けずに通えたら、確実に効果がありそう
最近は少し動くだけでも汗が出るようになっ...
