😠 電話口の対応、フロントの対応はとても丁寧、部屋も綺麗で星5つ付けたいくらいです。
が、翌朝8:30頃にドアノックされ何かなと思ったら年配の清掃員が「掃除に来た」と立っていた。10時チェックアウトですよね？と言ったら何も言わず他の部屋へ行きました。ホテルが良いのにもったいないなと思います。
