👍👍 空中ヨガを体験しましたがこんなにリラックスできるとは思いもしませんでした。自律神経が整うのでメンタル面でのバランスも保たれるようになりましたし、以前に比べて疲れがたまりにくいカラダになりました。また、しっかりと汗をかけるのでデトックス効果もあり、老廃物が排出されるので体から綺麗になれると思います!
