👍👍 Himeji Station is really convenient with a quite high frequency of Shinkansen. Cmmuting to local & Ltd Express is about 5 - 10 mn walk, everything is easy and well indicated. Local Red Wings are comfortable.

😐 One of the least convenient major Shinkansen stations. To transfer to regular JR lines, you need to walk about 5 minutes to the municipal subway, which you then take for just one stop, and then transfer back to JR at Sannomiya station. I try to avoid this station and use either Himeji or Shin-Osaka...
