👍👍 ずっと前から気になっていたお店でした。極濃煮干し豚骨ラーメンを細麺で、煮干し味噌ラーメンを太麺で頂きました。細麺と太麺を選べますが、どちらも硬くて麺そのものを味わうことはあまり出来なかった気がします。
山岡家系列の店舗ですが、青森ではこの店を含めて博多麺を感じさせるとんこつラーメンはまず存在しません...
