👍👍 新しいスタイルのトレーニングジムです。体験してきましたが、スコアが出てゲーム感覚もあり楽しい。自分の動きが数値化されると私には励みになります。 自重トレーニングなので負荷の加減も自分次第なので、無理なく出来ます。 トレーナーの皆さんも明るく丁寧で親切でした。

👍👍 親が通ってます。いつも嬉しそうにカーブスの体験を報告してくるので これからも続けさせようと思ってます。 毎日は通っておらず１週間に２～４回通わせているだけですが 体力がついて免疫力もあがっているように見えます。 コロナ対策もしっかり行っているようなので安心です。
