Kanran Beef Noodles - Kyoto Sanjo
Mandarin restaurant
👍👍 The Service is surprisingly fast, we tried the beef noddles and the meat was juicy. The Japanese style were my favorites, there is an English menu and our serves was amazing. By far the best place I’ve eaten in Japan so far in this trip.
The atmosphere gives a sense of calm, it’s a little bit too wa...

Maruoka Shoten Gion Store
Ramen restaurant
👍👍 I recently had the pleasure of trying the Nira Reba Ramen at Gion Maruoka Shouten, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors in this dish is truly unique and memorable. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth had a rich and satisfying taste. What really stood out to me was...

Fuyouen
Asian restaurant
👍👍 "Fuyoen" near the intersection of Karasuma Imadegawa 🤭 I visited for the first time, but it was cheap and delicious, and my favorite shops increased ♥ ️
I'm really happy to be able to order Chinese and Thai food together 😆
There is a lot of volume, and I am very satisfied with the value ⭐ This t...

Shiomi-Ya Tonton
Izakaya restaurant
👍👍 Great Chinese restaurant. Extremely clean with good layout and smooth jazz in the background. Possibly the nicest outdoor toilet in Japan. 😁
All the food was fresh, well presented and was well balanced without any flavour overpowering. The sansho and Szechuan pepper in the mabo tofu was lovely and...

👍👍 The truffle dumplings will change your life!
We found this place on a whim and were so happy we stumbled upon it! Be forewarned, they do prefer you have a reservation, but they were kind enough to let us in without one after a short wait. Easy ordering, AMAZING food, and an all-around great experien...

👍👍 My favorite gyoza place conveniently located near my hotel. Literally wanted to eat here everyday if I could as I became obsessed with their delicious gyoza. On my last day, I came back and tried their cold dan dan noodles which were delicious as well but serving was huge so I couldn't finish it. Th...

EN-EN
Mandarin restaurant
😐 Apparently it's a famous Chinese restaurant. There are quite a few portions, but the daily special is around 1000 yen, which is good value for money. You can also add soup soba or dandan noodles for an additional 300 yen. The taste is very gentle. Personally, I think it could use a little more punch...

Shoentei
Mandarin restaurant
😐 ⚪️The sweet and sour pork has a sour taste, and the onions are a little raw, which is more suitable for adults (maybe not suitable for children).
⚪️Tenshinhan (comes with mini ramen) The amount of Tenshinhan is large and satisfying (even high school boys will feel full)
⚪️Green onion soba tastes...

Hojo
Mandarin restaurant
👍 This is a long-established Chinese restaurant in Kyoto.
I had chilled dandan noodles for lunch for 935 yen.
With straight, thin noodles and a light soup based on vinegar and soy sauce, it's perfect for a hot day.
The atmosphere inside the store is quiet and calm.
It's easy to eat even by yourself.
