👍 The first floor has Ikeda City, the history of Rakugo, a sales corner, and a stage. On the second floor, you can freely watch Rakugo videos and CDs. It's not a particularly fun place, but it's a meaningful place for rakugo lovers. I'm also happy that it's free. Events are also held occasionally.
