😠 予約をしていたのですが、メールで暗証番号が届きチェックインするシステムで本人確認など全てメールでやり取りしていたのにも関わらず当日になっても一向に連絡が来ず、当日宿泊することが出来ませんでした、お金は帰ってきていません。電話もメールも繋がらなく、困っています。絶対に宿泊しない方がいいです。
