但し、すぐ横に国循と市民病院が控えていることもあり、なめてはいけない
あまり知られていないお薦めは5階
エレベーターで無いと行きにくいが、屋上展望台のようなものと、椅子に座って外を眺める設備がある
あと3階にはひっそり...
