👍👍 The main purpose of use is for aerobic purposes, but there are multiple treadmills and bikes, so you can use them without waiting. There's also an infinite staircase machine that you don't often see.

👍👍 This fantastic box is highly recommend by me. Always pushing the barriers of fitness and helping to educate the young athletes coming in to improve their fitness. Head Coach is also the head Judge at the Japan Chanpions ships for CrossFit.

👍👍 価格の割に設備、特にマシンがかなり充実しているようで、通う家族は目をキラキラさせてました(笑)
最寄り駅はありませんが、自転車で通える範囲なので他ジムから乗りかえ入会です。
高校生でも時間制限ない(条例や常識の範囲内で)のが有り難い！
駐車場とバス停も近くにあります。空手？のスクール生らしきちびっ子可愛か...
