👍👍 通うようになって半年近く経ちましたが、身体の変化を凄く感じます。一人でやるトレーニングより確実に効率よく身体を追い込めますし、トレーナーさんも話しやすく気さくな方ばかりなので、パーソナルジムに行った事がない人でも安心して通う事が出来ます。価格もリーズナブルなので通いやすいのも魅力です。
