👍 It is an exhibition hall and convention centre. I think one of the largest in japan is well connected through rail and road with ample parking. Choice of food courts, medical facilities, and zones. Nicely managed and upkept. I happened to visit the Japan mobility show, and my experience was good!

👍 Ignore the security and got to the main elevator for the 17th floor lobby. Beautiful views, massive open space with chairs and tables and nice sofa's. The view is incredible. All free. Grab a cup of coffee in the convenience store on the same floor and soak in the views.
