👍👍 You can enjoy the observation deck on the 15th floor for free. There were few people and it was quiet. The space is quite large and offers a panoramic view of Utsunomiya city. If the weather is good, you can even see Mt. Fuji.

👍👍 This is my fifth visit in my life and I enjoy it every time. This is the only recommended sightseeing spot in the Utsunomiya area, which has no major attractions. The uncertain underwater location and the unusually high ceilings all make this place tickle your sense of adventure.
