😠 IT TAKES FOREVER AND SOMETIMES THEY NEVER ARRIVE! Nobody answers the phone from all of the office, no tracking your items and no body offers help. Employees are rude and they usually dont know the answer to the simplest things!! This needs to be upgraded as this is the main mail service in Jordan!
