👍 The place has good WiFi and is surrounded by trees for that beautiful nature feel. The mall is a five minute walk away. Great sound of the birds and aircons in the rooms. It's a lovely place to spend a weekend

👍👍 "The Market "is nestled in Maseru Mall with a great view of the mountains. Certainly a Maseru bucket list item! Clean comfortable and friendly environment. Higher end pricing but certainly worth it. Offers both indoor and Al fresco dining! The food was fresh and well-prepared. Highly recommended!

😠 Very poor service. Stadium is often very dirty and there are instances where water bills are not settled with the utility company yet the management will go ahead and confirm your bookings

😠 One of the worst hotels I have been. Eleva Elevator is not working, had to walk to 4th floor with heavy bags. No Wi-Fi in the room, only available once reaching the reception area. Breakfast, stale food. Emergency exit doors tied with wires. Electrical wires sticking out all over, guest toilets dirt...
