😐 A spacious place for bowling. Once you entered the shop,there are some beautiful aquariums.Next to it,there is a bowling shops for selling the custom made bowls and bowling gears. There are around 40* bowling lanes. You have to go to the counter to rent the bowling shoes and get your bowling lane...

😠 Went on 23/07/2023 but it was closed to the public for private event. Didn't even update on the website or facebook in the end customers who visited will be wasting their time instead. Should provide more updates in the future to prevent dissapointing customers.

👍 Convenient. Ample car park and got few others amenities in the sport complex. Dreambowl has 20lane + 10VIP lane all located at Ground floor. Wheel chair accessible and parking friendly.

😠 Arguably one of the worst experience I've ever had!!! 10 staffs present at the momment I went in and not even a single soul came to the reception and attend me for 30 minutes at least. Never seen any worse service like this 😖😖😖

😠 There’s one female staff is very rude in a sense of him ignoring the customers. We had to wait for a long while just to pay for our game. I’ll be honest, the environment and hygiene is pretty great but the customer service is very bad.

👍 Nice experience playing bowling at Genting, environment and little old compared to other attractions. Weekday is RM12 per game and RM14 per games for weekend, shoes rental RM4 and socks is RM4. So far so good, consider cheap compare other attractions in Genting.

😠 Bad customer service from the malay girl. She answered our questions very rude and your way of serving the customer queue is legit unprofessional. dont come to this outlet. go ole ole bowling instead
