👍👍 I didn't know that its by appointment only but they let me in anyway to have a look at the bags. I was assisted by Peggy and she was very pleasant and helpful..although I didn't leave with a bag.. very nice experience indeed.

😠 Seven counters ready to serve but only one with the officer. Can hear peoples are talking, laughing and shouting from behind the wall, but nobody have intention to look into crowd who wait patiently at the front counter.
