😠 We had booked a daytrip to Teotihuacan, received a voucher which clearly said that we'd be picked up in our hotel ....but they never showed up. After long phone calls and discussions with their call center, I gave up. Not reliable and not pleasant to communicate with.

👍👍 The airport transfer and excursion were the best deals I found online. The drivers were really nice. I felt like I got a lot of really good history information on the Chichen itzá tour . I will definitely go back again.

😠 Never book anything with this company!!! They were a no show at the Cancun airport when we arrived. We have repeatedly tried to contact them to get our money back and they do not respond to any communication. We lost $125USD. and have nothing to show for it.
