The airport transfer and excursion were the best deals I found online. The drivers were really nice. I felt like I got a lot of really good history information on the Chichen itzá tour . I will definitely go back again.

Was looking for a cheaper option to shuttle from the Cancun airport to my hotel and found this site. Was a little worried at first due to the huge price difference (this company was less than half the cost of the others I saw) but was happily surprised! Customer service was great! Their response time was super fast! And they and their drivers were super accommodating. Would, and already have, used them again.

Best option for a private boat. We had full control over the itinerary and scheduling. Will use again in the future and suggest other to do so.

I would like to thank Cancún Tours for providing the upmost professional sunset cruise service for my 40th Birthday Bash! I rented a private catamaran and had a private dinner on Isle Mujares.. The service was impeccable from the transportation driver to the catamaran staff. I will definitely use Cancun Tours again! I did it big from the beginning to the end! My tour guide for the camel ride was absolutely the best. I highly recommend this tour. It was on my bucket list and it didn't disappoint. It was extremely hot but going thru the jungle had lots of shade. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the camels. Luckily for me the photographer didn't show up for work so I was able to do photos with my phone which saved me some money

Website transaction was simple, however: - Explanation of the tour was inaccurate, you CANNOT climb the pyramid in COBA. - Park entrance fees and taxes to Tulum and Coba were not paid by the driver as indicated by the tour description. Have a copy of the website description loaded on your phone or printed in order to prove to the driver that they are supposed to pay. I did not have service and couldn't show it. - Reconcile everything with the driver upon delivery at your hotel and have someone video the transaction as evidence. I did not do this and paid him the agreed upon amount. Cancun Discounts refuses to refund me the extra I paid because someone in the middle or the driver is lying about what I paid them. *Basically nothing in Mexico is as advertised, expect to be underwhelmed. *I also heard that renting a car is risky as the police know which cars are rentals and aggressively enforce driving laws on rentals while letting the locals go on by.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. We were picked up right on time and the drive to Tulum was a very pleasant one. The guide did an excellent job at explaining each site at Tulum and was extremely informative. Highly recommend tour guide and company. Next time I am in Mexico I will use this company for other tours.

Fix Your Pickup Process!! There was no guy with a sign or a balloon at pickup. In fact I had to navigate through large crowds and other transfer companies to find the transport. My mom is in wheel chair so the lady assisting us out of the terminal was very helpful. Without her we would have been totally lost. When we found the representative he was on the phone talking to a friend. The rep did NOT help with the baggage and remained on the phone while I moved the bags it the bus, dealt with my elderly parents, and gave a much desired tip to the wheel chair assistance. I will NOT use this service again for any type of tours or airport transfer!! Please stay away!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

Great competitive tour prices and good customer service. Our only issue was our tour driver started at the wrong hotel... he said he was directed to be at the JW Marriot and was there at 6am. We were at the Marriott Cancun Resort next door and had a 630 start time. I called the tour company at 645 and we were finally on the road about 10 min latter for the long drive to Chitzen Itza. But a great tour and driver overall!

We booked them for the airport pickup to be dropped off to the hotel. When we came out of the terminal, there was no ride. I emailed and they responded that the driver was there looking for us. Didn't say which part of the airport the driver may be despite my question specifically. At the same time, we called and were told that the driver had already left. They said that the driver would be there in 1.5 hrs now. After waiting that long, when the driver didn't show up, we called several times again. We were able to connect to one person but he hardly spoke any English. We got help from Spanish speaking person who told us that the rep doesn't know where the driver is and that we should get our own ride. The next day I requested a refund by email. I got a response that the driver was there but he could only wait for 30 mins. We were coming from an international flight. It does take a min of 30 mins. In most cases, it's a lot longer to get your luggage and clear customs. What was the point of asking us for the flight details when they were not going to consider it all at all. I cannot recommend them as they turned out to be unreliable. I suggest travelers arrange their airport pickup and dropoffs with the hotel. Many hotels in Cancun have shuttle service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This company went above and beyond to help me out. I accidentally left my iPhone in their van on the way to the airport to go home. Unfortunately the driver was already long gone when I realized it. However, they stayed in constant contact with me over the following days and FEDEX’D me my phone to my home in the USA. I am beyond impressed and grateful with this level of service. I’ve travelled in Mexico pretty extensively and I must say, this level of service is extremely uncommon. I’m still in shock I got my phone back and beyond happy with this company. Apart from this, they were at the airport waiting when I arrived, and arrived punctually to pick me up for my flight home. Drivers were friendly and nice, even offering us a corona for the drive when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The vans were clean and nice as well. I will definitely use this company again. They’ve earned my loyalty for life!

We were traveling with another family, unfortunately they missed their flight and we had to reschedule one of the tour activities. Customer service rep was super helpful to change the schedule and rebook it. Shuttle to/from airport was on time.

I used Cancun Discount Tours for my airport transfer when I stayed in Cozumel. It was easy to set up before we left. There was great communication before arrival. Once we arrived, the driver was waiting for us right on time. Same with departure. Cars were very nice and clean. Drivers spoke perfect English and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Offered to stop if we needed anything. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

Our experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Denise was an absolute rockstar and took care of everything. I will definitely be recommending Cancun Discounts to anyone traveling to Cancun and area from here on out! We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience, our trip would not have been nearly as good without Denise and Cancun Discounts.

I booked a private trip by car from Playa del Carmen to the Chichen Itza for 3 people. Claudia was excellent via the website chat in assisting me with my trip needs and deposit payment link. Gabby was brilliant and sent a quick confirmation and answered a question I had prior to the trip. The driver was polite, courteous. He was very attentive to our sight seeing needs during our booked time. Would recommended this company and we were very happy with our trip.

I spent 390 bucks for a private “tour” that turned out to be a shuttle service to xcaret. The driver didn’t stay with us nor provide any tour. After being in the park for over 5 hours we were ready to go back to the hotel and our “tour guide” was not in the parking lot. Called the number and they said they had no one to pick us up for another 4 hours. We ended up taking a taxi back. The “tour guide” then said he would bring my jacket back to my hotel that night- he didn’t cause he got into an accident so then he made me wake up at 7am to bring him the 90 bucks that was owed so he’d drop my jacket off. I paid him and he left- didn’t deserve the 90 bucks. Will never book with this company again. I have booked private tours with other companies and had way better experiences. This is an overpriced shuttle drop off. Would’ve been cheaper to use a taxi

Our drivers were on time and very helpful. They knew our names and had a sign that made it easy to locate. Once we got through customs they were outside the airport waiting for us

We booked the Chichen Itza tour with Cancun Discounts during our vacation in Cancun. Jonathan & Sandra convinced us to upgrade to the premium tour by paying an additional $30 per person, promising that we would have breakfast, unlimited drinks, including beer, and more time in Valladolid. However, the beer was served in plastic cups, which was very disappointing. In Valladolid, like everyone else on the tour bus, we only had 30 minutes, and there was no mention of any extra tour or additional time. Air conditioner of the tour bus was broken, thankfully company provided another bus to solve this problem. I can say that transportation and performance of tour guides were good. I feel like we were ripped off, so if you choose this tour, don't go for the premium option.

We had round-trip transportation from the airport to our hotel. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English. There wasn't someone waiting with our name when we got to the airport but there company employees were in uniform and easy to find so we just asked about our reservation and they had our driver ready within minutes. I used their app to text and schedule our transport back to the airport after a few days in Cancun. They responded pretty quickly with our pick up time. Our driver was at our hotel 3 minutes early and we were lucky to be the last people picked up and the first to be dropped off. This was a very good service with a great price! It was just a little bit bumpy start because we couldn't find our driver with we first arrived in Cancun.

This was an amazing experience. We have done tours in this area countless times and usually on a tour bus with multiple people. We had a group of 9 this time and purchased the private tours. The driver/tour guide was not only super accommodating but made sure we were well taken care of at all the ticket and entry booths. They were extremely pleasant, on time and had refreshments waiting for us. They net us after each excursion and were easy to find. We will always travel and tour this way moving forward. Thank-you for the amazing experience. It's too bad that trip advisor doesn't advertise you guys. Makes you wonder what kick backs they get from the places they do advertise.

We rented a 53 ft yacht with 35 of our friends. It was an amazing afternoon! The staff were great and the food was delicious! Would definitely do this again if we are ever back in Mexico with a big crew again!

I booked a private group trip to Xel-Ha all through email. The staff were very responsive and followed up with me several times as I was not sure of the number of guests I needed to reserve for. The day of the trip, the driver arrived on time and was very communicative on pick up information. The bus was clean and the driving felt safe. Overall a great experience!

I would echo what many other reviews report about JS Tours being a disingenuous company. Their website's technical errors (and misleading information) resulted in my request for an airport shuttle being denied shortly before my flight. I originally requested the shuttle two days prior to departure and received an error saying 24 hours was the maximum time window prior to a departure that a shuttle could be booked. Therefore, I waited an additional day before resubmitting the request, only to receive the same error. I contacted the company's support and described the issue. They thanked me for helping to identify the website misconfiguration and then promptly refused to help sort out my shuttle request. The original issue could be overlooked as simple human error, but the company's disregard for their customer's well-being was a disappointment.

Absolutely great service, amazing crew, and great drinks. We had a party of 30 including 5 kids and went out on a private boat. They picked us up at our hotel and shuttled us to the marina. We had a very good time. Would definitely recommend booking with them and will definitely book with them in the future.

One stop shop!! It was so stress-free as they took care of all of our transportation and tours. The cenotes that we visited were so calm and crystal clear. Freshly cooked meals in the majority of tours and the trip to Cozumel was amazing!! I love El Cielo and can’t wait to go back! We did not have not much luck fishing, but you can’t have everything in this world. Thanks for making everything magical!

It seemed like they forgot to pick us up. We were 45 minutes late to our tour because they said there was an accident. We were not informed until I had contacted them and asked where they were. When I spoke to other drivers in the 45 minutes we were waiting, and they said there wasn't an accident. This company picked us up and were driving us to the wrong place- so they didn't know where we were going even though I told the driver and the tour company a few weeks prior and the morning of. When I asked them to pick us up at 2pm (which was on the reservation as well) they asked us for our location... they had dropped us of only a few hours prior. It was very unprofessional and unfortunately I can no longer recommend them to my clients.
