👍 One of the more modern malls in Ulanbaatar. Theres a bridge on the 7th floor that leads to the Zaisan monument on the hilltop. Theres a big Buddha statue and some other monuments nearby.

👍 Multiple businesses in this location. Center is decent and semi clean. Bathrooms, parking are available. Each business has their own flaws but overall thr location has potential. Go check it out.

👍👍 I like to go to the basement for fresh foods and spices. There's a garden center on the top floor and a decent little book shop/kiosk on the 2nd floor that has pretty great kids books in English. Now and then I can find some decent teaching materials there.
