👍👍 Amazing gym. It is pricey but totally worth it. I visited it a couple of times whilst on vacation in Maputo. They have machines that I have never seen, even in Europe. They also run classes and have sports services and shops in the premises.

👍👍 We were welcomed by friendly staff all round. The owner Steven introduced himself and checked in on us at breakfast every day. The menu is small, but the food and cocktails were scrumptious. Perfect example of quality over quantity. Breakfast is served with fresh side of vegetables every morning....

👍👍 All the staff are very kindly, Mario allways try to support me in my question, the staff of the restaurant very kindly and delicius breakfast, rooms always clean and confortable, the gym, massage and pool excelent nicee view and music. Full recomendéd if you want to feel like a home.

It has the required training materials and machines (if you are not too exigent), a nice space, PTs are available to assist at any time and a very pleasant environment for spending 30min - 1h of a good training. 👍 It's a nice gim with quite some space and organized on 2 floors with proper equippment. The lockers and changing rooms could have been better organized then to do it on the third floor in the bathrooms.
