😠 So impolite, not professional, always no one pick the phone no matter how many time you tried, when I submitted the documents, they hold in their office for more than one month without any reason. Unbelievable that Chinese people is such low quality. Disappointed.

🫤 Very low quality of service. Very difficult to get in touch with, they rarely reply to phone calls or to their whatsApp number. They have good intentions but they need to take serious actions to improve communications. I would like to add that the Egyptian embassy only accepts cash payments!!!
