😠 Klantenservice is ongemakkelijk en lastig te verstaan/begrijpen. Informatie moet je er zelf uit trekken, verwacht niet dat ze dit vanzelf geven. Audiciens daarin tegen zijn wel ontzettend behulpzaam. Afhandeling is ook 3x niks. Nooit meer wat van gehoord nadat ik het klachtenformulier heb ingevuld....
