And that helped tremendously. Bart is clearly very knowledgeable, committed to helping teach the correct way of doing exercises....

👍👍 Not at all your regular gym but a super cozy place that motivates you to workout. 💪🏽 All the trainers are amazing and pay extra attention to each one. Small groups of 10 for 45 mins sessions. Great place to train for strength and HIIT as well as outdoor training on weekends.

👍👍 I started training Wing Chun with WuDae about four years a go as part of recovery from injury that I had. The training with WuDae helped me pas trough a lot of changes and falls in my life and broght me stronger back on my feet. Thanks to all the instructors and students. 👊
