😠 Bad experience collecting my package. Postnl received a message that it had arrived. I was in the shop at 2.05 pm, they simply say: come back at 3 pm. Ridiculous, then this must be clearly indicated by Post.nl and Regalo. (And if they do not have enough staff then you should not be a pick-up point)...
