🫤 De trainingen (personal training en groepstrainingen) zijn super. Voedingsadviezen, -schema’s en coaching zijn ondermaats tot slecht. Er staat informatie in het begeleidend boek waarvan al lang wetenschappelijk bewezen is dat het niet klopt. De 255 euro per maand niet waard.

👍👍 I have the opoopportun of training at SMC during my exchange. The make me feel like home.
The training is pretty intense. U will notice that the trainers teach boxing cause they r passionate about it.
Don't be shy to try boxing!
If u don't have gloves they ll lent u ones. U just need to be willing...

👍 Nice place to get some workout done. The parallel bars are too low and not really comfortable the pull up bars are alrights and have enough space for muscle-ups. Usually there are not a lot of people , or is just empty. Not the best option if it starts raining but better than nothing.
