😠 Never book with FTI. What a worthless organization. Not only did they put us through hell during our vacation, but even an official complaint gets no response. Save yourself a lot of trouble and book elsewhere.

😠 This desk isn't even worthy of one star! They are only out to make money by scamming! The trips (such as Dubai) are offered including excursions, once on location we are suddenly told that it does not include excursions and that we supposedly have to pay the guide while the money goes to the travel...
