Trainingen zijn van een hoge kwaliteit en goed op de persoonlijke omstandigheden en wensen afgestemd. Er is goede begeleiding en expertise op het gebied van oefeningen en voeding.

👍👍 I started at Pendekar about two months ago. Roy is an experienced teacher who will get the best out of you and will try to teach you all aspects of kickboxing. It may not be fun and games at all times, but as the saying goes, if it were easy, anybody would do it! Highly recommend it.
