😠 Poor customer service As regular MAC customers, we were surprised by the condescending and aggressive attitude of the store manager in this shop. What a shame, especially considering the price of the makeup; we won't be coming back to this MAC store ☹️

😠 Do NOT get a Brazilian wax here. Completely unprofessional, extremely painful. The technician clearly had little to no experience in applying and pulling the wax. After application of wax, technician would (unsuccessfully) pull at a corner of the wax 10-20 times before managing to pull off little sn...
