Goede sportschool. Trainers zijn allemaal goed. Door delda heb ik niet alleen een goede conditie en de technieken van kickboksen geleerd. Ik ben ook gezonder gaan leven mbt eetgewoontes, mede dankzij hun diëtiste. Maar ik ben ook mentaal gegroeid.
