😠 Went Monday morning for a non covid travel statement. More than 51 hours later and still no result. Some communication arrived yesterday saying it was delayed to that evening or this morning. Still no message. Calling is no use, you are on hold for half an hour and then thrown out. Incredibly rude....

😠 This clinic's billing practices are highly deceptive. They charge a 100 euro no-show fee for appointments canceled within 48 hours of scheduled date (sent directly via credit collection agency so beware giving them your personal information when booking!), but this information is buried in the terms...
