👍 Nice and serene estate. The driveways within the estate are good and well laid-out, good for brisk walk, jogging and cycling. There's Playground and field withing the estate for recreational activities both for children and adult. The security men at the gate were courteous and professional.

😐 1. Electricity is not constant. 2. There is no standby generator... Or maybe there is but they turn it on whenever they feel like. 3. Some of the basic amenities are dysfunctional. 4. Some apartments are nice, some are nothing to write home about.
