👍👍 It was really nice to be here, I only spent 2days here and it was fantastic. It a quite place very conducive estate and there are well behaved securities. But I think they should improve in the light power supply 💡.

👍 It's an estate which is majorly close to the express road esp. The Lagos Ibadan Expressway, and it's close for one to quickly get back on track to the toll gate, 3rd mainland bridge, Alausa, Otedola Bridge, and other places after making a u-turn.

😐 A good developing estate, good security and quiet environment but make sure that a properly raised foundation is used before building on it because of water

😐 Bad roads basically ruin the beauty of this estate. There's need to speed up on the road construction within the estate, also better road maps within the estate will save one from merry-go-round situations.
