😠 Poor customer service

😐 This place is aa victim of the Osun State neglectful attitude especially during the Aregbesola era where there is just 1 doctor managing the whole hospital. This has resulted into nurses taking up the duties of doctors. So sad!

😠 I came for treatment and I have an HMO, just for the humanbieng on duty to tell me they can't find my file coz I do not know my card number... ...they even said they don't put on generator on weekends so they can't have access to their system.
