The first receptionist I met was so nice, unfortunately I did not remember to take her name.
It's located in a safe area too, what I loved about it most is its location, you have easy access banks, supermarkets, eateries etc.

😠 Worst hotel I have been all my life, no customer relation at all, no assistance for guests, amenities hardly working. I would advice no one comes here to stay. Their estates lock gates by 8, very unaccessible. Take it from someone who has been to several hotels, this is the worst. Very poor
