👍 It's a very quiet estate, I love how most of the roads are tarred, it's still under construction but to me and I'm sure many people it's the best estate in Abuja and the neatest too. It's also in town and close to the Airport. Light there is virtually constant. In conclusion I like the estate alot....

👍 Very nice and Beautiful Eatate, close to Games Village, the security here is very top notch as you’d need to call the house you’re going to before you can gain entrance. The finishing or the Eatate is superb and top notch.

They use the inconsistent Abuja water board and a pumping system that cannot ensure that residents have water 24/7. How can you run an estate of this size and lack something as basic as water?
